خطبه ۹-درباره پیمان شکنان شناخت طلحه و زبیر (و اصحاب جمل) چون رعد خروشیدند، و چونان برق درخشیدند، اما کاری از پیش نبردند و سر انجام سست گردیدند، ولی ما اینگونه نیستیم، تا عمل نکنیم رعد و برقی نداریم، و تا نباریم سیل جاری نمی سازیم.
